18 and Over Book Blogger Follow(#5)…

18 & Over Book Blogger Follow is a weekly feature that runs over the weekend, hosted by Crystal from, Reading Between the Wines.

Last week I was unable to answer the question that was posed because I was reading an e-ARC of Gabriel’s Rapture and my review was going live two days later.

Now I can answer it…with pleasure…

Question of the Week: What are you currently reading? Do you love it? Is it a new-to-you author or an old favorite? Tell us all about it!

What are you currently reading?  Currently I’m reading…ok I’m rereading…ok I’m on my third reading of Gabriel’s Rapture by Sylvain Reynard.

Do you love it? YES, YES, and YES!… I love it! In fact, it jumped right into my top three favorite books ever list.

Is it a new-to-you author or an old favorite? Well SR isn’t a new-to-me author, having read Gabriel’s Inferno, and he is my favorite author, but geez…I wouldn’t call him old ;)

Tell us all about it! It’s a continuation of a romantic love story between Gabriel Emerson aka the Professor aka my favorite male character, and Julia Mitchell. It’s got everything you could ask for in a great romance novel. Love, heartbreak, humor, sensual erotica, and an ending that left me breathless.

Such a beautiful love story. I’m re-reading it too. Can’t get it out of my mind.

Still waiting on shipping confirmation from Omnific for my copy. It’s something I want to read in actual book form. That’s how I read Inferno. I just downloaded that one yesterday, because you mentioned it being $2.99 at Amazon. I thought why not? I think I’m going to reread it, while waiting for Rapture to arrive. I haven’t read your review post yet, because I don’t want to know about anything beforehand. I’m sure your review is spoiler free though. :)

I did read recently my first Nicholas Sparks book. I needed to get away from paranormal for a moment. I read The Lucky One. It was surprisingly great! I actually might see the movie. It’s the perfect book to read for Memorial Day weekend actually, because the main character, Logan, is a Vet, with some amazing experiences. It made me appreciate everything those men and women do very day for us to live our lives the way we want to here.

I got my email saying mine is on it's way from Amazon, but with the holiday I guess Tuesday is the earliest I can hope for.
I love my Kindle, but I still prefer a print copy if it's a book I love.
After you read it then you can look at the review. I tried hard not to be spoilerish.
You'll have to let me know how I did :)

I've read several Nicholas Sparks books and have enjoyed all of them.

O…thanks for letting me know that you dl'd GI.
I never know if peeps buy or read the books I link to unless they tell me, and it really is a great deal.

  3. I own both the hard copies and the Kindle copies. If I could actually buy them in a hardcover, I would. These are a keeper!

I do as well, and I’m right there with you on the hardcovers. I’d love that!
Still hoping for an audio book of both some day…(are you listening Omnific?) :)
