Review: Twilight by Stephenie Meyer

Isabella Swan’s move to Forks, a small, perpetually rainy town in Washington, could have been the most boring move she ever made. But once she meets the mysterious and alluring Edward Cullen, Isabella’s life takes a thrilling and terrifying turn. Up until now, Edward has managed to keep his vampire identity a secret in the small community he lives in, but now nobody is safe, especially Isabella, the person Edward holds most dear. The lovers find themselves balanced precariously on the point of a knife-between desire and danger. Deeply romantic and extraordinarily suspenseful, Twilight captures the struggle between defying our instincts and satisfying our desires. This is a love story with bite.

Blogiversary: Morgan Locklear Has Something Special to Share…

Hello everyone!

I hope you have been enjoying all these giveaways, and I am thrilled to be a part of the extravaganza.  Bella Parole is my sixth studio album as a musician, and my first soundtrack.
It has twelve songs that intertwine with two Twilight fanfic stories I wrote and represents a collaborative effort with talented friends from all over the world.

It helps tell a story that takes place in Paris and New York in 1891 and beyond, and ¬†includes an amazing Ave Maria, recorded especially for this release. ¬†It also has my wife’s favorite song of mine to this date (Sound Asleep), and a pair of fascinating pieces that have a vocal layering that is positively hypnotic.

I wrote and sing ten of the songs and was lucky to get to duet with the ridiculously talented Betti Gefecht on three of them.

If you are interested, I have provided a sample of what ended up being a 500,000 word adventure that taught me much and made me lots and lots of friends. ¬†Bella Voce and Brutte Parole can be found online at the The Writer’s Coffee Shop Library, Twilighted, and

See you in a few days with my new Wordslinger. ¬†It’s going to be about writing suspense stories.

Your Pal,
