Book Blogger Confessions: Share the Love

Share the love! In honor of Valentines Day, tell us about a few of the bloggers (and/or) authors you love.

Since I love to say…Sharing is caring… this is a pretty perfect way to get ready for all the great stuff we have planned for Valentines week…

The very first blogger that I got to know and became friendly with is, Autumn of The Autumn Review. We have very similar tastes in books, authors, and we share a similar sense of humor. I love her blog, so check it out.

It’s no surprise to anyone that follows this blog that my favorite author is Sylvain ReynardBesides the fact that I love his writing, and therefore his books, Gabriel’s Inferno and Gabriel’s Rapture, I appreciate the way he takes time and interacts with his readers. I’m also impressed with his drive to get attention to and focus on lots of charities. That’s a choice that to me speaks to the kind of person he is. Lastly, he’s someone who I respect and trust as a blogger. We’ve worked together via many guest posts, and when I ask I know he’ll come through. I don’t have to send reminder emails, he’s never been a phantom, and it’s always been a good experience to work with him.

Another author that I give mad props to is Debra Anastasia. She’s another author that I can always count on, and she too has always been very generous to me and to Bookish. She also gives great email. She’s creative and fun and has a sense of humor that is totally whack…I love her for that. Her books are full of personality…just like she is, and if you haven’t read Poughkeepsie or her Seraphim series…Dood! You need to.

I could go on and on but in order to keep this from being wayyyyyyyyy too long, I’ll just add a few more names of authors that have been beyond fabulous to us.

Kahlen Aymes, Jennifer Probst, Heather Huffman, JM Darhower, and Tammara Webber.

We appreciate you all more than you’ll ever know!

I read Poughkeepsie and I liked that a lot. I will check out the other one.
I like many, many authors… Olivia Cunning, Kristin Ashley, Cherrie Lynn, J.R. Ward, Madeline Sheehan, Jaime McGuire, Jacquelyn Frank.. just to name a few off the top of my head.

I only follow a couple of book blogs (including this one!). My TBR list is big enough as it is.

There are two blogs that I currently follow which are fan fiction for Fifty Shades of Grey. One is from Christian Grey’s point of view and it’s the best I’ve read online and I have read many. The site is ( The other has a couple of points of view that I really like and this blogger has written a couple of books of her own (self published) which I think is definitely worth reading. Her books are called the Education of Caroline, loved it, loved it, loved it. And she has another coming out in 9 days which is the second part of this book called the Education of Sebastian. She has written other books but those are the two that I really love and they are very different from FSOG. Her fan fic is based on Taylor’s point of view, Dr. Flynn’s point of view and Christian’s point of view before Ana and right after Harvard. All are really good, but I must recommend her books. The site is ( and there you can get more info on her other books. The Education of Caroline and once it comes out The Education of Sebastian can be purchased on Amazon, that’s where I got it.

Oh, by the way, the other of ‘The Education of Carolyn’ and ‘The Education of Sebastian’ is Jane Harvey-Berrick. 🙂

I’m currently reading Lauren Blakely’s debut book, Caught Up in Us and I wanted to share that it has Museum sex in it! It’s the Metropolitan Museum in NYC but it made me think of Gabriel’s Inferno and Gabriel’s Rapture.

I am much like Brandy, as she stated above… I started with FSOG, last March. I have not stopped. My all Time Favorite is and will always be, Sylvain Reynard! I Loved GI & GR the most…. I have many favorite books, and the list keeps growing. I also love Debra Anastasia and can’t wait for the next Poughkeepsie! If I were to add to my notable shout outs for other readers, it would include, Colleen Hoover, Jamie McGuire, Jodi Malpas, R.K Lilley, Courtney Cole, Katie Ashley, Olivia Cunning, Tara Sivec & Jillian Dodd. So so many amazing books are out there for all to enjoy.
