A Plea for Donations to the Red Cross

To all of our followers I have a huge favor to ask of you.

Following the terrible tragedy that happened yesterday in Boston I’d like to ask that you consider donating to the American Red Cross…

Here’s how to help and there’s a bonus…

In response to the tragedy in Boston, Argyle Empire is hosting a fundraiser to aid the American Red Cross.

Given that part of the Gabriel series is set in Boston, we felt it was an appropriate thing to do.

If people donate to the American Red Cross and email a copy of their receipt to jenn@argyleempire.com, they can enter a giveaway by visiting http://www.argyleempire.com/. SR has agreed to sign UK edition copies of both Gabriel’s Inferno and Gabriel’s Rapture for the winner.

The fundraiser will run between now and April 30.  The winner will be selected on May 1 and notified by May 3.

****************************************

I don’t normally share a lot of my private life but Boston means something very special to me beyond the Gabriel connection.

I lived near Boston on and off for years going back and forth between my parents, and my two oldest children were born in South Weymouth which is less than 20 miles away.

My oldest son spent a month in Boston Children’s hospital. My brother works in Boston and he and his family still live near there, so I have a very personal interest in what happened.
Please give if you are able…even $5.00 helps out.
Thank you so much!

    Hi sweetie,

I wanted to donate sooner, but had to wait til we got paid again. It doesn’t surprise me that SR is being so kind and generous.
