Readers first fell in love with John Day as the hot next-door neighbor in Romantic Comedy Best Seller Geoducks Are for Lovers. Tall, dark, and handsome is an understatement. With the beard, a dog named Babe, and his ever present plaid shirt, John is a modern lumberjack in more ways than one.
Lurking beneath the flannel and beard could be the heart of a romantic. Or is John a wolf in flannel clothing?
After his favorite neighbor rents out her cabin for the winter, John finds himself playing fireman and tour guide to Diane Watson, a beautiful brunette with her own messy past and recent battle scars. When an ex shows up unexpectedly, their lives will be changed forever.
Will he be ready to fall in love? Or will he fall back into his old, flirty ways?
Hold onto your heart… and get ready to fall for John Day.
Since we are still on the week of celebrating the 3rd and last installment of the Gabriel Series by Sylvain Reynard, I decided to flash some photo teasers from the book. I promise that it’s not spoilerish. I’m pretty sure that you’ve seen several of them but I loved this book so much and I wanted to let you know why YOU. SHOULD. READ. IT. 😉
This is not a review, this is just a PREVIEW. Of course if you wanted to read how awesomesauce Gabriel’s Redemption you should read the 5 GOLDEN STAR REVIEWs by my lovely ladies (Tamie & Elena) by clicking here and here. That’s how amazing it is, one review will never be enough. I conclude that 5 star + 5 star is = to a sparkling 10 stars!!!
My LOVE for theProfessor is immeasurable, but you might not know this but I think I would really, really love to date the SN rather than Gabriel. (Parenthetically, it should be noted that I would rather go out with the SN to shop for more parentheticals than shop for heels with the Professor) lol
One last thing, I just wanted to share why I love Gabriel’s Redemption and why it stands out from all the rest… I love it because SR’s writing is really special to me, it’s perfect. I don’t really know how to put into words how much SR’s writing never ceases to amaze me. The raw passion of emotions is truly flawless. The scenes that his words have painted into my mind is pure bliss, and I’m still wrapping my mind around the idea that Gabriel & Julianne’s story is now finished. This extraordinary romantic story has etched and found a special spot deep in my heart. It will be forever special and I look forward to SR’s new projects.
Yeah, enough of my babbling. Check out the illustrations, I hope you like them…
Two years ago, when Ivy Emerson bailed from the tiny fishing village she’d grown up in to go to Columbia, Sawyer McCallister was the only thing she was sad to leave behind, and she still didn’t look back. But when her mother guilts her into coming home for Christmas, she crashes headfirst into Sawyer, who’s also returned after being away.
Now that they’ve both been dragged back to Saltwater, Maine, they might just realize it’s where they belong. Together.
