My review

The Diet Digest Cookbook is perfect for anyone looking to lose weight or simply manage their current weight.  What I liked the most about this digital cookbook is the tips provided throughout as well as the stories from actual recipe testers.  The recipes are easy to follow too.  You can choose to cook the full recipe or simply make it just for one person.  Budget friendly recipes are provided as well.

Note, the recipes in this cookbook are not only meant for anyone who is dieting.  The recipes are delicious and healthy.  Whether you are a vegetarian or not, the recipes meet all of the dietary needs.

If you are looking for recipes/tips to jump start your weight loss or simply to start the year healthier, check this book out.
