Welcome to Saturday Rewind with Tamie and Elena. Check out what caught our attention this past week and what we’re looking forward to…
Elena: Hope you all had a good week, and you’re spending a good summery weekend. 🙂
It’s official: The Raven by Sylvain Reynard is coming out February 3rd 2015!!! In case you missed it, SR posted it on his website. You can preorder the book on Amazon and here is the Goodreads page. We can’t wait for Feb 3rd to come!!!
Tamie: SR has also mentioned a surprise coming, so we’re very impatiently waiting for that. We’ll pass it along once we know what it is 🙂
Elena: Also, as you know, Exposure by Morgan and Jennifer Locklear came out June 3rd, and Tamie wrote a beautiful review you can read HERE. You can purchase the book on Amazon. I can’t wait to read it myself! 🙂
Tamie: It’s almost time for Alice Clayton‘s new book to come out, and peeps I can’t say it enough. You will FLOVE Rusty Nailed. I gave out a lot of info. earlier today, so if you missed it click here. Honestly it’s my favorite book from Alice to date. I’ll be reviewing it on the 25th.
Elena: There’s another book we can’t wait to have in our hands: Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover. It releases August 5th 2014, and you can preorder it HERE. Also, during this week’s twitter chat with Kirkus Reviews, Colleen revealed that she’s working on another book called “Confess”. Colleen is a fabulous Author and everything she writes, I read! I’m so excited about these new books of hers!
Tamie: Many of you know that I’m a HUGE fan of the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. It’s been four very LONG years for me waiting on Written In My Own Heart’s Blood, but it finally arrived on Tuesday. Because these books are so special to me I bought the hardback copy instead of the Kindle version (for now), and began reading it that night. I finished yesterday and although I won’t be talking about it just yet I have to say…it is PHENOMENAL!!! I can’t imagine any fan of this series being disappointed in any way. This is a series that I give my highest recommendation to.If you have never read any of the books I would strongly urge you to give the first one a try. Find out for yourself why Jamie Fraser is the ultimate book boyfriend for so many from around the world. You can buy the kindle version here, and it’s worth every penny of the $4.99 price.
Enjoy your weekend!
