The Bookish News for 7/19

a book news

Welcome to Bookish News with Tamie and Elena. Check out the news that caught our eye this past week and what we’re looking forward to…

Tamie: Great news from Christina Lee. She’s writing an adult contemporary romance slated for publication in 2015. She also shared other exciting news on her website which you can read HERE.

Elena: Yay! Great news, Tamie! Also, I’m so happy because Rebecca Yarros announced some AMAZING news this week!!! Actually, “amazing” is an understatement. Rebecca Yarros entered the list of my favorite authors thanks to Full Measures, which I reviewed here. If you haven’t read it yet, what are you waiting for?!? This is one of the best books I’ve ever read. Seriously. In fact it’s one of my 5 Mid Year Favorites. Back to the great news — Rebecca Yarros announced that she’s signed a contract with Entangled Embrace for a three-book deal!!! And Josh is coming back, you guys! How I love him… “He’ll be back to finish what he started” Okay, I have tingles all over right now… 😉 You can read the announcement and all its details HERE. I’m so excited and I can’t wait! Huge congratulations to Rebecca Yarros for her wonderful success. You go, girl!

Tamie: I love it when we find authors we adore Elena!!!

Elena: This week I told you how much I liked The Cranberry Inn series by Beth Ehemann. She announced that the third book in the series, which is a novella, will be released August 11th and it will be titled Room For Just A Little Bit More! You can already add it to your Goodreads shelf. I did. 😉

Tamie: We had so much fun putting together the birthday post for our beloved book boyfriend, Gabriel Emerson. I want to thank Sylvain Reynard for getting the Snarky Narrator to send us a greeting. Also, thanks to the ladies at Argyle Empire, and of course my team here at Bookish Temptations. Additionally, I want to say thanks again to SR for the interview he conducted with MOG and Jenn. Don’t forget there’s a giveaway that you can enter that is being hosted by Argyle Empire.

Happy Saturday all!
