Musing Mondays (4/11)

THIS WEEK’S RANDOM QUESTION:  What is your favorite “comfort” read?

If I was looking for a favorite “comfort” read, it wouldn’t necessarily be a specific book, but instead a favorite author or series. So, the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon, The Gabriel series by Sylvain Reynard, or the Fever series by Karen Marie Moning for examples.

I also enjoy poetry by e.e. cummings as well as William Blake and a host of others.

What about you?

So I love funny romance stories, like the most reason I read, Shopping for a Billionaire by Julia Kent. It’s hilarious and very romantic.

  2. For me, it’s anything by Kristen Ashley. I always know I’m going to get awesomeness and there is something about her stories that always make the world around me melt away.

For me it would be Diana Gabaldon books, something about the way she writes a story soothes me, even the hard to read parts.

  4. Karen Cundy says:

A book I return to again and again is Just Human by Kerry Heavens.
