THIS WEEK’S RANDOM QUESTION: Does reading help you to release stress during stressful times? I it does do you have a favorite book that you return to for calm?
Reading does help me out in stressful times because it takes me away to a different time, place, etc. It’s always easier to read about a character’s problems rather than think about my own 🙂
Sometimes I’ll go for an old favorite book/author, but sometimes I’ll try for something completely different…a new to me author, or maybe even a different genre.
What about you?
