New Dark Romance by Carina Adams!
Almost Innocent is NOW LIVE!
Callaghan. A name synonymous with power and fear. A family of untouchable criminals.
As a teenager, Gabriella Forte had no intention of getting to know the town’s most dangerous brothers. Once Dustin set his sights on her, she was trapped. There was only one way out of her personal hell.
Declan was determined to break away from his family’s shadow. Until he fell in love with the one woman he couldn’t have. She changed everything.
Life isn’t always kind. Love can hurt. Sometimes you need to sacrifice yourself to protect the people you care about.
It’s been twelve years since Declan did the unthinkable and went to prison. He promised to stay away from Gabby and his nephew. That’s one vow he can’t keep.
Things aren’t always what they seem. Facts are only as credible as the person stating them. The truth doesn’t always set you free.
Warning: This is a dark romance. If domestic violence bothers you, if you can’t read violence in literature, or you are looking for a light and fluffy read, this book is not for you.
Darkly sexy, emotional and forbidden, a woman unwittingly falls in love with the son of her abductor. The conclusion of a two-book contemporary romance series by New York Times bestselling author Monica Murphy.
Lies hurt. Lies destroy. I tried my best to understand why Ethan kept his secrets but it was so hard. Until I realized that I couldn’t deny myself any longer — I needed to be with him. We needed each other. Despite my family’s wariness, the media’s fascination with us, the fact that his father still has a stranglehold on our lives, we belong together. No matter what. I will never let Ethan go. But sometimes love destroys us too, and we’re too weak to banish the demons. Especially when our demons are determined to ruin us…
It is both a pleasure and honor to work with Kim Jones for her latest release–Sinner’s Creed.
I don’t even know where to start, this book ruined me. F.RUINED. It’s heart breaking, gut wrenching and violently addicting. Am I sick for calling it beautiful. Maybe. But I devoured every scene. I witnessed Dirk’s life and I loved him for being him. No more. No less. I’ve read reviews and they wished for a different ending. I wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s MC, it has romance but it’s violent, it’s gritty, it’s brutal and it will
fuck ruin your mind relentlessly. Well, that’s life. Sometimes life is even worse than that. I might sound like a blabbering mad woman but maybe if you’re in for a crazy, dark, wild, roller coaster ride… Just one-click if you dare.
For now, check out these teasers. Continue reading
Intense, captivating, heartbreaking and I cannot wait for more…
That’s the thing that comes into my mind after experiencing Monica Murphy’s Never Tear Us Apart. Yes, it ends in a cliffhanger but I totally don’t mind and the second book will be out in May. I loved that is was written in dual POV. The “then and now” is perfect which truly allows me to experience what to feel with what was happening to the characters.
This is by the way my first read this 2016.
I am definitely off to a good start.

Hello beautiful readers! Whatcha all reading? I’m here with my part 2 throwback pic teasers from my favorite books. I started this post last week so ICYMI click here for part 1. So, hopefully if you haven’t read any of these books you’ll be tease enough and it might convince you to read them.;)
Today let’s go back to those books who made me laugh, love, hate, sad, angry, cry…to sum it all up–emotionally drained and crazy exhausted.LOL I understand that not all readers can take a deep and dark reads such as some of the books listed here. I am mentally open minded and a very extrovert kind of reader, yes, I’m mental–some will say.lol I don’t mind going to those dark places as long as I’ll have the HEA before I finally close the book. BUT, there are some rare occasions that I am fully captivated by how the authors wrote the story even though at the end I ended up “WTF happen? No fucking way!”.
Okay enough of my blabbering, check out my pic teasers below.
